BRNOVA ScanBite AI is an AI-powered food safety platform that helps you instantly detect whether your food is safe to eat, spoiled, or contaminated with fungus — using just a photo from your phone or computer. No lab required.

How It Works

Our AI model analyzes your food images through a three-step process: Color Analysis detects abnormal discoloration; Texture Detection identifies mold or decay patterns; and Fungal Pattern Recognition spots early fungal growth. Results arrive in under 3 seconds with a confidence percentage.

Our Technology

Built with state-of-the-art computer vision AI, trained on thousands of food safety images. The platform runs on secure cloud infrastructure with Supabase for data storage and FastAPI for the AI backend.

• Food images you upload or capture for scanning
• Account information (name, email address)
• Scan results and history
• Usage data and device/browser information

How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI-powered food safety scan results
• To improve the accuracy of our AI models

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. Food images are automatically deleted after 7 days (Free plan) or 90 days (Pro/Business). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your Rights

• Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your full scan history at any time
• Opt out of using your images for AI training
• Request a copy of all data we hold about you

Usage Limitations

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You may not use this service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
• Automated or bulk scanning without a Business plan is not permitted

Accuracy Disclaimer

BRNOVA ScanBite AI provides AI-based visual predictions only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Results are advisory only and must not replace professional food safety testing, medical advice, or laboratory certification. BRNO FOODS LLP is not liable for any decisions made based on scan results.

Subscription Terms

• Free plan: 5 scans per day, no credit card required
• Pro plan: ₹199/month, billed monthly via Razorpay
• Business plan: ₹999/month, includes 5 user seats
• All plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10 scans in the billing period. To request a refund, email support@brnova.com with your order details.
